The Southeast Asian Roadmap on Multilingual Education (SEA-MLE Roadmap) is now available to download!

The SEA-MLE Roadmap outlines a shared regional direction to strengthen Mother Tongue-Based Multilingual Education. Grounded in a clear Theory of Change and a six-track implementation approach covering access, learning, teachers, policy, data, and community engagement, it supports Member Countries in expanding access, improving foundational learning, strengthening teacher capacity, and integrating MLE into policy and planning.

We invite educators, policymakers, and partners to learn more the roadmap to advance coordinated and sustainable progress across the region.
