Regional Training on Teaching Methodology

for Indonesian Language for Foreign Learners (ILFL)

1. Training Period

The training will be held in hybrid with the details as follows.

Note: 1 LH is equivalent to 45 minutes

 

2. Targeted Participants

The targeted participants of this activity are 12 non-native ILFL teachers or those who are interested to teach ILFL.

 

3. Language Instruction

Bahasa Indonesia will be predominantly used as the medium of instruction and communication.

English will be used as an additional language instruction.

 

4. Participant Requirements

The following are participant requirements.

  1. Citizens of non-Indonesia countries
  2. Must be non-native speakers of Bahasa Indonesia
  3. Currently teaching ILFL or having the interests to teach ILFL
  4. Proficient in both oral and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia
  5. Committed to participating in all phases of the training, both online and offline
  6. Must have access to a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a reliable internet
  7. connection
  8. Proficient in using Zoom and Google Workspace applications (Google Form, Google Drive, etc.)

 

5. Registration Procedure

Individuals who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply by completing the Google form (https://qiteplanguage.org/form/ILFL-reg) by 30 July 2024.

 

6. Scholarship Funding

The details for the Centre’s funding are as follows.

  1. Fee for the training programme
  2. Accommodation during the offline training in Jakarta, Indonesia
