SEAMEO INNOTECH in collaboration with SEAMEO VOCTECH will conduct a Learning Programme for School Leaders and Managers  on Excellence in Creating Shared Responsibility for School Success in late June and early July 2011.

Expected Participants:
· School heads of primary and secondary schools
· Schools supervisors  at district/division levels
· Education planners from the Ministry of Education
· Education sector managers at the local government, NGO and development agencies

Training Faculty

The Training Faculty are composed of experts and experienced practitioners with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience on educational management and community development.

Learning Outputs
· Pre- and post-course self-assessment on developing school-community partnership
· Enhanced school-community partnership plan
· Journals on reflections and insights on one’s collaborative leadership practices

Certificate of Completion
Upon satisfactory completion of the learning program, participants  will be issued a SEAMEO Certificate of Completion equivalent to 72 hours of  international professional  development .
